Refund and Returns Policy

When you place an order, we print on the product on-demand especially for you so all products are unique and produced per order, and hence, we cannot accept returns, they will only qualify for replacement if the product itself is flawed or if the final product is materially different from the product presented on the site. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for same or similar product. Refunds are not given for any claims.

Replacements are not supported if your customer ordered a wrong size, color or simply doesn’t like the product. Once an order has been placed you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details are incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, we are not responsible and will not offer replacements as per our store’s policy. We urge you to please check the sizing chart before placing the order.

If there’s an issue with your product, please email us at info@onfirewear.com with:

  • Photo(s) of the affected package and items(s).
  • Your order number and/or the email address registered to the order.
  • More details about the package that are relevant.

We will use this information to look into a replacement, prevent future errors and we would be contacting you further for any instructions to deliver the order.

Any unauthorized returns, or exchanges of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a replacement, and the item will be forfeited. Please note customers are responsible for exchange shipping rates.
